Hi,
Anyone else having problems booking online?
Just tried to do it and once I'd put my payment details in it said there had been an error. I phoned Balkan and they have no record of my booking, but my bank say the payment has gone through.
Balkan said I have to wait til Friday for the payment to be returned to my account. Grrr! Was so excited to book, but can't now.
IS there another way?
Please help.
